UCCAU - Official Terms and Conditions
UCCAU is a non-profit, non-governmental body registered under applicable local/state laws.
All participants and board members agree to abide by UCCAU's conditions, policies, and code of conduct.
Disputes or legal issues arising out of UCCAU activities will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local civil courts.
Any form of misconduct (verbal abuse, match-fixing, harassment, etc.) will result in immediate disqualification and permanent blacklisting.
UCCAU's treasurer shall maintain transparent accounting, and an annual financial audit will be conducted.
Entry fees, sponsorship funds, and team contributions shall be recorded and reported quarterly.
No board member shall use UCCAU funds for personal or business purposes.
Players will bear their own team expenses unless sponsored. Financial assistance, if offered, must be approved by the board.
The name “UCCAU”, its logo, and all associated branding, tournament names, and digital media are the intellectual property of the association.
Any use of UCCAU branding by third parties (teams, sponsors, media) must have prior written permission.
Photography, videography, and broadcasting rights of tournaments are exclusively owned by UCCAU.
No individual or team is allowed to claim or commercialize any UCCAU-related content without official approval.
Only non-professional (amateur) cricketers are allowed to participate in UCCAU tournaments.
Any player currently affiliated with state/national teams or professional leagues (IPL, Ranji, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Team rosters must be submitted 10 days prior to the tournament.
Each team must follow fair play, wear proper gear, and obey match officials.
Alcohol, doping, and smoking are banned in all match venues. Violation leads to disqualification.
Board tenure is 3 years, renewable by vote.
We adhere to players security and safety as our top priority.
All tournament venues must meet safety standards and have proper medical facilities.
Players are required to wear appropriate protective gear during matches.
Emergency contact information must be provided by all participants.
Any safety concerns must be immediately reported to tournament officials.
